A quarter cow share is the perfect way to stock up on a variety of popular beef cuts from Fuller Acres. Each share includes ground beef in 1-lb packages, ribeye steaks, porterhouse and T-bone steaks, sirloin and sirloin tip steaks, chuck roasts, top round roasts, short ribs, flank or skirt steak, stew beef, and brisket. Your deposit reserves your share at $5.50/lb hwt, all butchering costs included. Final weight varies by animal, but on average our 1/4 cow shares are between 150 to 175 lbs hwt. Beef is vacuum-sealed and USDA inspected. Final cost due upon delivery or pick-up, and is estimated to be ready the week of June 30th. Free delivery within 30 miles of the farm included!
