Hi Sarah! I've included two deposits available here, if you decide to go with a half instead of a quarter. The deposit is $250 per quarter, and then the pricing for the share is $5.25/lb hanging weight for a 1/4 or $5.00/lb hwt for a 1/2 cow, and that will enable more selection of specific cuts. Additional costs/lb may incur for the butcher's add-ons if you opt for Tenderloin Filets and NY strips over T-bones and Porterhouse. Happy to talk through any cut sheet info!
