Maple Syrup

The Fuller family started making syrup in 1953.

Our first batch was made in the same sap house we use today. Enter the sap house on a mild March day, and you'll be hit with an aroma of sap boiling into sweet, delectable syrup. Our dark amber, full-flavored syrup is made using traditional methods, collecting sap in metal buckets and through gravity-flow tubing. Once it reaches the sap house, our wood-fired evaporator steadily works its magic while the sugarmaker feeds the fire and listens to the old FM radio. Entering the sap house is like stepping backwards in time.
