Ham steaks are cut from the center of our smoked ham. Steaks are not fully cooked, and must be fried, baked, or broiled before serving, typically for 5 minutes per side on medium heat, making them a quick and easy dinner with leftovers for breakfast! Ham steaks range from 1.75 to 2.25 lbs each.
